Warranty Information
Headhunter Spearfishing products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship which affect the satisfactory and safe operation of the item being warranted. The liability of Headhunter is limited to repair or replacement of only those parts determined to be defective and shall not exceed the original price of the product. The decision to repair or replace will be made by Headhunter staff.
This warranty does not include the consumable items such as bands, shafts, injector rods, tips, rigging, protective finishes, or corrosion. Abuse, mishandling, or alteration/modification of our products will void all warranties. Shipping cost to and from Headhunter is the responsibility of the owner.
Please follow the next steps when submitting a warranty claim:
- Before shipping any product to Headhunter, please contact us by email sales@headhunterspearfishing.com explaining the issue with the product. Please include at least two pictures and a detailed description of the problem.
- When shipping equipment to Headhunter do not include rigging or bands. This will expedite the warranty process and will eliminate the possibility of missing gear.
- In your shipment, please include a copy of your email correspondence with your Headhunter representative, your contact name, telephone number, return shipping address, and email address.
- A Headhunter staff member will contact you to process payment for the shipping.
Factory Replacement Parts
Headhunter offers replacement parts for broken gear that do not fall under warranty. Sometimes fish can break gear and accidents can happen, so we have decided to sell replacement parts to customers so they can restore their gear to full working order at a reasonable price. You no longer have to purchase new gear if something is damaged! These prices are only available through our factory replacement program. Please email us at sales@headhunterspearfishing.com explaining the issue with the product. Please include at least two pictures and a detailed description of the problem.
